Abortion should be a free choice to be made against the law.

I had to for the sole purpose of this commentary Answer: "People are still debating this? Of course, for those willing to make the law, and therefore those who think they choose otherwise. So move."

Those who make the law, the legislature has not spoken, went to court in Roe v. Wade and state legislation to comply with the decision of the Supreme Court. Therefore, "those which the law does not make" the legalization of abortion only because the courts interpret the laws, not legislate.
